Stratus Glass roof lanterns are available in different designs but these design options are limited by the roof opening size required. Available in white or anthracite grey.
We have now manufactured these anthracite lantern roof windows in our Bristol factory for many years and have found many trade customers come back time after time when they need to order another unit. We only purchase glass from reputable glass manufactures to ensure minimal problems in the future.
Our most popular option is the full glass in anthracite grey which has a maximum size up to 3m of 1500 x 3000 mm (This is the external kerb size). Delivery normally takes 7 - 14 days but this can vary. We try to delivery all-glass manufactured products on our own transport system where possible so we can give you an estimated time of arrival.

Thermal breaks - Polyamide nylon, glass composite thermal breaks are 533 times more thermally efficient than aluminium! Reducing heat loss through the structure.
Glazing - Roof bars are designed to take standard 24mm double glazing.
Colours - Crisp white Ral 9016 or Anthracite Grey Ral 7016

Contemporary Design - The roof lantern only uses 4 bars 4 pieces of glass, suitable on openings with a max external kerb size of 1500 (w) x 3000mm (l). The innovative design supports the ridge solely by the 4 hip rafters, doing away with the need for rafters either side which produces a clean and very modern look. (lifting large pieces of glass needs to be planned always consider the route to the roof and the safety of operatives whilst lifting and installing these units.

These products come with an installation guide each step in the guide must be followed in order or you may end up with an unfinished job. You will need some fixings and some silicone as this is not supplied. Manufacturing times vary for lots of reasons big commercial orders school holidays, for example, all our roof lantern orders are processed in the order they come in. Once the unit is made we are happy to keep the unit in our warehouse until your required delivery date so please do order in advance. Once the unit is complete and ready to dispatch our transport team will call you to arrange a delivery date. We prefer to use our own transport where possible to deliver these units.
On arrival the glass units may be long and heavy you will need battens or carpet to place the glass units on near a wall which is flat so the units can be stood against it. If you can not arrange suitably fit trained staff on-site to do the lifting we do offer a two-man delivery service. Our delivery staff do not lift your glass units on to your roof. The aluminium bars need a safe place where they will not get knocked or damaged. Do not store your delivered items in direct sunlight and remove the protective bubble wrap as soon as possible ensure the products are well ventilated to avoid overheating.
