Deliveries
We now try to deliver all goods by direct transport without using carriers. This has the advantage of knowing when deliveries will arrive and less damage.
This service is slower than normal carriers, but it is more reliable.
Deliveries over 20kg and glass and items over 1.5-metre long
Please ensure you have the appropriate personnel required for the delivery to ensure you comply with the Manual Handling Regulations 1992. For more information, visit - https://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg143.pdf
It is not the driver's responsibility to carry goods onto the site.
If you can not provide personnel, please get in touch with us before delivery so extra staff can be sent. There is a £100 per shipment charge for this service per person. Bulky products 3 metres or longer or over 40kg may require two extra personnel for safe unloading.
Glass Deliveries
Please ensure a safe, clean, flat surface is ready to deliver the glass timber battens or carpet required to prevent breakages.
We reserve the right to terminate deliveries under the above conditions. You will be recharged for re-delivery £20.00 plus £1.00 per mile plus VAT.
Fascias, Soffits, and Guttering
Most products on this site are available in stock. Deliveries are usually notified 24 hours before we use dedicated transport delivery times will vary.
Polycarbonate Sheets and Timber Supported Roof Bars
Roof bars and polycarbonate sheets are typically delivered in 5-10 working days. Larger orders may be delivered via our transport.
Manufactured Made-to-Measure Roofs
We aim to deliver self-supporting, made-to-measure roof kits on our transport. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time when the goods are ready. (this can vary according to workloads) We manufacture our roofs within our factory.
Door and Bow Canopies
Made-to-order products include GRP door canopies, columns, door surrounds, cantilever carports, etc.
Delivery times can vary according to the workload when ordering, but usually, delivery is within 7-14 working days. Lightline door canopies and railings are usually held in stock. The larger door canopies are delivered on our transport.
Fencing and Vinyl Cladding
Gravel Boards and posts are in stock and should take 7-7 days to arrive. Bulk orders are delivered on our transport.
Manufactured Products
Porches, skylights, roof lanterns, bi-fold doors, etc., are delivered on our own transport from our Bristol site. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time when the goods are ready for dispatch.
Skirting and Window Boards
These products are in stock and generally dispatched within 24 hours on a next-day service. (weekdays)
Small Items
Smaller orders of gutter fittings, silicone glue, corner joint cat flaps, and dog doors are sent via a carrier and are generally dispatched within 24 hours on a 1-2-day service.
Carports
Carports are usually delivered in around 10-20 working days. Non-standard colours can take up to 40 working days.
Bitumen and PVC Corrugated Sheets
These corrugated sheets are delivered in approx 14-21 working days.
Delivery Cost
Small postable items of less than 600mm are sent via a carrier.
Delivery times are only a guide; we can not guarantee delivery dates or times.
On dispatch, you should receive an email to inform you the products are coming.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a delivery is refused due to a change of mind, the return back to us is uninsured. If the goods are damaged when returned, we CANNOT offer a refund for the refused products. If the products are in a re-sellable condition, the return delivery cost will be deducted from your final refund plus the initial postage/carriage you paid. For example, if the delivery cost were £17.99, this would be the same price as a refused delivery return, meaning a total of £35.98 will be deducted from your final refund.
