Roof Ventilation 

We have lots of ways to vent your roof space with an ever-increasing product range eaves trays with ventilation rafter trays to support the roof felt between rafters and vented ridges or maybe you need to put a vent pipe up through the roof space from a kitchen extractor fan and you need a vented tile to fix your pipe to. You might be replacing soffits that were previously vented and require soffit vents strips to continue to allow the airflow through your soffits up into the roof space. Flat roofs present another challenge when it comes to finding a neat ventilation strip.

Dry Verges

Seems like a distant memory now going to collect the no blow mortar in the morning and the endless buckets up the rope to fill the gap under the gable end tiles. Today dry verges are the preferred choice to finish a gable end these simple to fit sections are crack proof lightweight and resist high winds a simply much better way of completing your gable ends. Available in a range of colours including anthracite dark grey, brown and red. With ridge end caps to finish off at the top to suit around or angle ridge tiles.

Dry Fix Ridge System

Roofs finish at the top and traditionally it meant to carry lots of mortar to the top of the roof and then a very time-consuming job of bedding and pointing in the roof tiles Not anymore with standard 450mm roof tiles you can now use a dry fix ridge system which you simply nail in to place and then slot your tiles in way quicker less mess no pointing time-saving brillance.
