You will receive a variable-pitch roof to support polycarbonate or Glass as standard. Ply-reinforced lower panels at a standard height of 600mm and a 150mm wide cill. Quality door furniture, including hinges, lever/lever door handle, and lock key. (Optional Letter box). Low-e toughened, argon-filled double-glazed units. Front frame height up to eaves beam 2100mm. Frame height up to the wall plate 2550mm. This excludes the roof.

Delivery

Delivery Service—If you do not have personnel available to unload the lorry, please select a two-man delivery option. Due to the weight of the panels, this is a surcharge in addition to the normal delivery charge.

From Bristol City Centre, we aim to deliver most bespoke porch orders within two to three weeks. Foiled coloured porches, anthracite grey oak, etc., may take a bit longer, but this delivery time can vary due to stock levels and demand on our delivery fleet during peak times such as school holidays. Larger contractors' orders tend to be placed 6 weeks or 2 months in advance. Guaranteed delivery dates must be planned by at least 8 weeks. We try to use our delivery fleet whenever possible, as this reduces damage and lost packages. When your delivery arrives, there are a few things to consider.

The products should be stored safely. Glass should be on timber battens to keep the double-glazed units off the floor, and the frames are best not in direct sunlight. If there is protective bubble wrap packaging, this must be removed at the time of delivery.

The actual storage bags on the boards should have the ends opened. The aim is to avoid overheating due to the sun while in storage.

Porch frames should be leaned, secured against a wall, and stored out of the way to avoid creating trip hazards.

Maintenance

It's very simple: Once installed, the porches need a very occasional clean with mild soapy water and a soft cloth. Solvents and abrasives should be avoided.
