White Pipe Roof Weathering Collar

White Soil Pipe Weathering Collar Roof Seal

The SP300W weathering collar is a critical accessory for white soil pipes, engineered to create a watertight seal with roof flashing. This prevents water penetration by stopping rainwater from running down the exterior surfaces of soil pipes where they penetrate roof structures. This professional-grade collar is designed to slide over the soil pipe and be permanently secured with adhesive and sealant, creating a comprehensive weatherproofing system that protects against water ingress at one of the most vulnerable points in any building's weather defence. The precision-moulded white PVC construction matches standard soil pipe aesthetics while providing long-term durability against UV exposure, thermal cycling, and severe weather conditions that can compromise inferior sealing solutions. The collar's design works in conjunction with roof flashing materials to create a multi-layer weatherproofing system, with the collar positioned below the flashing to direct water away from the pipe penetration and prevent the capillary action that can draw moisture into building structures. This essential fitting is invaluable for roofing contractors, plumbing professionals, and building maintenance teams working on new construction or roof repairs where soil pipe penetrations must meet stringent weatherproofing standards to prevent costly water damage, structural deterioration, and potential health hazards associated with moisture infiltration in building envelopes.
