Easy DIY Installation Guide - Save on Labour Costs

Professional installation tips to keep your porch affordable:

Start with the cill, which is oversized. Use a straight edge and level against your house wall to work out how much cill to cut off
Fix the cill down through into the brickwork or blocks below (pack the cill so the top edge is level)
For timber bases, use size ten screws. For blocks, bricks or concrete, use nylon frame anchors size 8 x 100mm
Stand frames on the cill using H-section trim where frames meet. Use self-tapping screws to join frames
Screw all frames together before fixing to the wall or cill - this allows adjustment
Fix to the cill and wall, placing fixings where the glass will hide them
Add three roof bars, bolt in place, add polycarbonate sheets and finish flashing
Install glazing and fix glazing beads to complete
