Single Aluminium Doors
Aluminium single door with low U-values and great looks. Anthracite grey on white or grey on both sides. Specified and made to measure by quality artisans with quality materials at affordable prices.
A significant advantage of aluminium is the wide range of available colours. The profile is available in 7 standard colours, but doors can be produced in any RAL colour or foiled to match existing foils.
Side panels can also be ordered, where required, with doors that open in or out and can be left-hand or right-hand. We manufacture all entries in our factory in Bristol.

Thermlock®
Prestige combines aluminium's straight lines with top-class thermal performance, achieving an A+ Door Energy Rating.* Our innovative Thermlock® multi-chamber thermal core is hidden inside each door, and that helps keep you and your property well insulated against the worst of the UK weather and reduces your energy bills. This closed-cell, insulating chamber acts as a thermal break. It works in conjunction with high-performance glass to achieve class-leading thermal performance, surpassing that of traditional polyamide thermal breaks. Sheerline's cills also feature this same technology and are innovative in-built weather sealing, keeping draughts and rain safely outside.
1.4 U-value W/(m²K) Double glazed, 1.0 U-value Triple glazed
The lower the U-value, the lower your heating bills will be. With a triple-glazed option featuring a U-value of 1.0, you'll stay snug and warm while saving money on your heating bills. Triple-glazed doors will also reduce noise from passing traffic or in busy areas.
Security
Corner joints produce robust frames, maximising the strength of the aluminium profile. A full-depth Eurogroove also offers the latest high-security multipoint locking. Additional features, such as unique hinge protectors, also help create exceptional levels of security. Prestige's integrated design also ensures that door lock cases are fully enclosed, meaning they don't break through into the glazing or beading area, which could weaken the frame's integrity. Customers seeking enhanced security can opt for laminated glass. Secured by Design accreditation* – the official UK Police initiative 'designing out crime' through physical security.
Patented Construction
Using threaded screws to bind corners tightly together helps eliminate misaligned corner issues that can occur on ordinary aluminium frames. Allowing each door to be individually hand-tuned to perfection.
Internal or larger frames can also be assembled in situ if required.
We manufacture aluminium windows, including casement and tilt-and-turn windows, with a flush sash option that brings the outer frame perfectly level with the opening part of the window. Sheerline windows are the quality option for your home, offering exceptional noise reduction and energy savings. High Strength Construction
Need Strong Doors? High Strength Construction
From the design of the unique thermal core and the outer faces of the profile, which are high-grade aluminium positioned to add the most significant structural rigidity, to the 60-80 micron thick (exceeding marine grade) powder coat finish, Sheerline has been designed to stand the test of time.
All fixings used are chosen to resist corrosion, and multipoint locks and purpose-designed hinges have been precision-engineered to perform consistently every single time, year after year.
